48 hours notice must be given unless agreed to by the owner. This is our living and we really appreciate it it you give us more than 48 hours to fill your spot. If less time is given for a cancellation a charge will be incurred. If we need to cancel lessons due to sickness or weather conditions, any monies paid will be transferred to another lesson. No refunds will be given.

By proceeding with your booking you understand and acknowledge that horse riding is a dangerous activity and that horses can act in a sudden and/or unpredictable way because they are flight ? This means that if they are frightened, hurt or hear something in the distance they may move quickly to address those feelings. Notwithstanding, the best endeavors, skill, care and diligence of the rider, handler, guide or instructor can create an unavoidable risk of physical harm. You also acknowledge that the purpose of the activity is for the benefit of You at all times. You are responsible for Your own actions and the actions of those other people in your care and control. You understand and acknowledge that serious INJURY and DEATH may result from horse riding activities and You consequently agree that you participate at Your own risk and that Sunset Equine, it’s owners and/or personnel shall not be held liable for Your personal injury, death, loss or damage occasioned to any of Your possessions whether such liability arises out of any express or implied term of the activity, or at common law in any other way.

By proceeding with a booking with Sunset Equine You understand and acknowledge this.

you further agree to the following:

1. You will behave, participate in the Activity and ride a horse in a responsible, safe and controlled manner at all times.

2. If you choose not to wear Australian Standard Approved helmet and correct footwear it will be at your own risk.

3. You will read and follow all signs on the property and follow instructions given by Sunset Equine and/or it’s Personnel.

4. Sunset Equine or it’s Personnel may cancel your activity without refunding Your fee if you do not comply with these Terms and Conditions including misconduct or refusal to follow directions.

You understand that any non-compliance may result in injury, death and/or permanent disability as a result of Your failure to comply.

Sunset Equine reproduces photo(s)/image(s) of people in it’s publications/promotional marketing material on it’s website and social media pages for promotional purposes.

Sunset Equine would like to use/reproduce photos of you and seeks your consent to do so.

You permit Sunset Equine to use image(s), photo(s), separately or together, either wholly or in part, either complete or in part alone with any wording and/or in any way, including but not limited to posting online or on a website, whether directly related to Sunset Equine or not. Examples; YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest and in any media including the internet for all uses including publicity and merchandising and/or editorial purposes for an undefined period of time.

You understand that you do not have any interest in the copyright to any of the photograph(s) image(s) nor shall we receive any further payment.

• will not pay You for giving this consent or for the use of photograph(s)/image(s);

• may keep the photograph(s)/image(s) on record until You revoke Your consent;

• will return or destroy the photograph(s)/image(s) if You withdraw this consent, with the exception of those already published;
