We offer 1-on-1 private lessons for children, adults and small groups on application. Whether you have lost a little confidence, looking for a different approach to your riding or to advance your existing skills, Sunset Equine is a great place to start.
Lessons are held in a safe arena or round yard where riders can enjoy their learning experience.
Bring one of your own horses or use one of ours.
mustangs Pony club 4 kids (TM)
Mustangs Pony Club 4 Kids (TM) is a fun 3 hours of learning horsemanship including ground-work, riding and finishing off the session with some fun games.
It is available for “Pocket Rockets” ages 5yrs to 10yrs and “Giddy Up’s” ages 11yrs to 17yrs.
Lessons are held in a safe arena where riders are encouraged to try something a little different.
Here kids can develop a soaring confidence, build new friendships based on a common love.
horse “Hang out” Time
This is group booking for people who wish to spend some “Me Time” with their horse or one of ours. We meet monthly and are all riders are at different ages and stages.
We get together to work on what we each need to, discuss training options, share training ideas, support and encourage each other.
We are like minded people with a common love and ride in a safe arena, enjoy having a few laughs and enjoying our HORSE HANG OUT TIME.
Equine Experiental learning - private appointment
Private 1:1 sessions for children or adults
A personal therapeutic and skills based program which assists clients to explore growth by working in an “I-Thou” relationship with the assistance a horse.
An “I-Thou” relationship may be described as viewing an “other” as an individual being with its own wants, needs and desires that are as equally important as our own.
Equine Asisted Learning is beneficial in assisting in many areas;
Mindfullness / Social skills
Self esteem / Confidence
Boundary building
Domestic / Family Violence / Abuse
Emotional dysregulation
Equine Assisted Learning is not goal based and may or may not include a mounted session.
